This extension is designed to work locally in your browser while you use NotebookLM. It automates downloads, numbering, deletion, and open-format exports without sending your NotebookLM content to external servers controlled by this extension.
NBLM Toolkit for NotebookLM processes page content locally in the browser so it can add utility actions such as download, numbering, deletion, source management, and mindmap export. The extension does not run its own remote backend, does not inject third-party analytics, and does not sell user data.
The extension can read information that is already visible in NotebookLM pages you open, such as artifact titles, source names, visible menu labels, and rendered mindmap structure.
This processing happens locally so the extension can automate the actions requested by the user.
The extension does not create user accounts, does not collect passwords, does not store payment information, and does not transmit your NotebookLM content to a dedicated server owned by this extension.
Files generated by the extension are saved through the browser downloads API into the downloads location configured by the user in Chrome, Edge, or another Chromium browser.
The extension can rename files and organize them into folders, but it does not upload downloaded files to an external service.
When the user exports a mindmap, the extension reads the rendered map structure currently visible in NotebookLM and converts it locally into open formats such as JSON, FreeMind, OPML, XML, and Markdown.
These generated files are created locally and then downloaded through the browser.
The extension can open external links chosen by the user, such as NotebookLM itself or a support page on Buy Me a Coffee. Those websites are governed by their own policies.
The extension does not maintain a remote database of user content. Any downloaded or exported file remains under the user’s control in the browser downloads folder and local filesystem.
Users can remove the extension at any time from the browser extensions page, clear downloaded files from their device, or stop using the added UI controls inside NotebookLM.
